Krakoa opened its gates with total amnesty: every mutant, however bloody their record, started clean. Victor Creed lasted one mission. In House of X #1 (2019), raiding a Damage Control facility beside Mystique and Toad, he tore into the guards despite Magneto's explicit no-killing order, and the Fantastic Four hauled him away in chains.
Emma Frost sprang him from a human courtroom in House of X #3 by invoking Krakoan diplomatic immunity — then delivered him to a far worse bench. The newborn Quiet Council used his case to write the nation's three laws, including Kill No Human, and tried him under a rule that had not existed when he broke it.
The sentence landed in House of X #6: a nation with no prisons fed him to the island itself. Creed hangs in the Pit of Exile, body locked in stasis far beneath Krakoa, mind awake and aware with no term ever named — the first mutant the paradise nation ever buried, as Victor LaValle's Sabretooth (2022) later showed from inside the Pit.
Why It's Obscure
Apocalypse got a council seat. Sinister got a council seat. Creed got a hole in the ground with his eyes open.
